Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and head to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account — either way works fine.
How do I know my order went through?
You'll get a confirmation email right after checkout. If it doesn't show up in a few minutes, check your spam folder or email us.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at selectify99store@gmail.com. We can make changes before the order is processed, but once it ships we're unable to modify it.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most US orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available on eligible orders — you'll see the details at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us right away and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, address changes aren't possible, so double-check your details at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we currently ship within the US only. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
How do I start a return?
Email selectify99store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for returning. We'll walk you through the next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
Account & general
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout works fine. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.
Is my payment info secure?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
